Time Restrictions

Set-up time can start two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 10:00 PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $750 - $2,400 for a reception and includes up to five hours of event time excluding set-up and clean-up time. A ceremony cannot be held at this venue. Please inquire with the venue for exact food and beverage minimums that apply to all events. A non-refundable security deposit equals half the rental fee and half the required food and beverage minimum purchase. There are rates available for event hours for a three-hour duration, four-hour duration, etc. Please inquire with the venue for smaller group weddings and the rates available.

The average wedding cost at Yosemite Valley Lodge is estimated at between $7,084 and $16,253 for a reception only for 100 guests.
