Time Restrictions

Set up time can start two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 10:00 PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $4,400 for a reception and includes up to five hours of event time excluding set-up and clean-up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with the venue for exact food and beverage minimums. The set-up fee for a ceremony is $750 and a fee of $5.00 per person. A non-refundable security deposit equals half the rental fee and half the required food and beverage minimum purchase. There are rates available for event hours for a three-hour duration, four-hour duration, etc. Please inquire with the venue for smaller group weddings and the rates available. Outdoor receptions can be booked during summer months only (June through September) for a four-hour event duration concluding by 9:00 pm.
