Set up time can start two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 10:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $2,600 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with the venue for exact food and beverage minimums. The set up fee for a ceremony is $350 and a fee of $3.50 per person. A refundable security deposit ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 is required. There are rates available for event hours for a 3-hour duration, 4-hour duration, etc. Please inquire with the venue for smaller group weddings and the rates available. Outdoor receptions can be booked during summer months only (June through September) for a 4-hour event duration only.
