Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 4:00PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr before midnight and $350/hr if extending after midnight. Weekday availability is only for parties of 60 or less.
