Today, much of the interior looks as it did in the 18th century, arranged in the traditional New England meeting house style. Perfect for wedding ceremonies of any size, Old South Meeting House seats up to 250 people on the first floor, and an additional 300 in the balcony. It is also available for intimate receptions of 100 people or fewer. Set up can begin no earlier than 5:00PM. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $2,500. Our wedding ceremony rental is for a 1 hour rehearsal the day before and 3 hours on the day of the wedding, which includes time for setup and break down. Your wedding may exceed three hours for an additional charge. For a ceremony and reception, the rental fee ranges from $5,500 to $5,600 for a 7 hour rental plus rehearsal. Rental hours for ceremony and reception can be adjusted as needed. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required with reception.
