Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $900 to $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $900. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. The catering and beverage package includes 4 hour open bar, cocktail hour, 4 butler passed hors d'oeuvres and more.
