Set up time can start at noon for weekend weddings and weekday wedding start times depend on venue's availability. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee is $800 (non-member fee) for the reception and there is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The peak season month at this venue is December. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $600 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit ranges from $500 to $1,500 is required. Carving stations can be offered as a meal option at this venue.
