Under the canopy of redwoods, next to a sculpture garden, or in front of our historical house, create the perfect backdrop for your photos to capture your special day. The green grass and tall trees provide a warm natural outdoor setting while the indoor space, with large columns and floor to ceiling windows, is perfect to dance the night away. Time Restrictions

For an indoor ceremony and/or indoor reception for weddings Tuesday through Sunday, set up start time can start two hours prior to when the museum is closed to the general public at 5 pm. Start time is flexible on Mondays as museum is closed to the public.

*Rental fee is per hour or 8 hour time frame depending on number of guest *50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date (Rental fees are the same weekdays & weekends) *Evening rentals 7 days a week / daytime rental Monday only *Set up can begin 2 hours prior to museum closing to the general public Tues- Sun *Preferred Caterers available or a $200 Fee for a Non-Preferred Caterer *One Day Event Rental Insurance ($1 million coverage) is required from your private insurance carrier *A credit card number is required for the Cleaning Deposit *Free pre-event meetings, walk through, and outdoor rehearsals *Ample free parking *Outdoor permit is required for garden set up with City of Santa Clara ($250) *Outdoor Amplified Music Permit with the City of Santa Clara ($68)
