Located in Dallas Fort-Worth’s Irving / Las Colinas community, the traditional clubhouse's elegant ballroom is an idyllic venue accommodating up to 220 guests, with dance floor. Guests immediately receive a warm welcome when they pull into the portico, where the friendly staff is waiting to escort them to your beautiful celebration. Outdoor ceremony options are available and offer pristine golf course views, which become even better when complemented by a Texas sunset. The clubhouse features tall ceilings and stunning black chandeliers, which your guests will enjoy while dancing the night away on the expansive dance floor. When the night draws to a close you and your beloved will drive off into the evening while your guests gleefully send you off with a sparkler send off!

Venue Notes

There is a room fee and food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,200 to $3,000 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
