Venue notes

Wedding costs average from $24,000 to $45,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time for 200 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of approximately $2,000/hr, which is calculated based on event time and guest count. An 18% administrative fee is required for food, beverage and labor. A food and beverage minimum is required for rental of The Fifth Floor. Please inquire with the wedding coordinator for more details.
An additional Music Center, Usher and Union/Labor Fee will be applied to all events, dependent on clients needs.
