Rental Fees

Hope​ ​we​ ​can​ ​make​ ​your​ ​wedding​ ​day​ ​special​ ​at​ ​"THE​ ​BARN"​ ​at​ ​Sierra​ ​Springs.​ ​Our​ ​venue​ ​rental​ ​rate​ ​for​ ​a Friday,​ ​Saturday​ ​or​ ​Sunday​ ​Wedding​ ​/​ ​Reception​ ​is​ ​$3350​ ​with​ ​a​ ​$500​ ​deposit​ ​to​ ​hold​ ​the​ ​date​ ​and​ ​is refundable​ ​after​ ​clean​ ​up​ ​and​ ​no​ ​damage.​ ​BUT.....WE​ ​ARE​ ​HAVING​ ​A​ ​WINTER​ ​SPECIAL​ ​for​ ​January​ ​& February​ ​&​ ​a​ ​SUMMER​ ​SPECIAL​ ​for​ ​July​ ​&​ ​August​ ​for​ ​$2400​ ​with​ ​a​ ​$500​ ​deposit​ ​(heat​ ​or​ ​air​ ​conditioning may​ ​be​ ​needed​ ​for​ ​these​ ​months).​ ​​ ​The​ ​venue​ ​is​ ​yours​ ​for​ ​the​ ​entire​ ​day​ ​before​ ​and​ ​the​ ​day​ ​of​ ​your​ ​wedding until​ ​11​ ​PM​ ​and​ ​you​ ​have​ ​the​ ​day​ ​after​ ​to​ ​clean​ ​up​ ​(3​ ​full​ ​days).​ ​​ ​We​ ​want​ ​you​ ​to​ ​have​ ​ample​ ​time​ ​to​ ​decorate, rehearse​ ​your​ ​ceremony,​ ​have​ ​your​ ​rehearsal​ ​dinner​ ​and​ ​have​ ​a​ ​relaxing​ ​weekend​ ​all​ ​at​ ​THE​ ​BARN.​ ​​ ​This includes​ ​the​ ​fabulous​ ​help​ ​of​ ​our​ ​a​ ​Month​ ​of​ ​Wedding​ ​Planner​ ​~​ ​Avery​ ​Taylor​ ​to​ ​make​ ​your​ ​day​ ​less​ ​stressful and​ ​everything​ ​go​ ​with​ ​ease.​ ​​ ​She​ ​can​ ​help​ ​you​ ​pick​ ​great​ ​vendors​ ​and​ ​save​ ​you​ ​time​ ​and​ ​money​ ​by​ ​helping you​ ​coordinate​ ​your​ ​package.​ ​​ ​If​ ​you​ ​have​ ​your​ ​own​ ​planner,​ ​your​ ​price​ ​for​ ​the​ ​venue​ ​reduced​ ​by​ ​$500.
