Set up time can start at 3:00PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $5,500 to $7,500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 is required. A wine minimum of $1,000 for weddings 1 to 50 people and $1,500 for wedding of 51 to 112 guests is required for purchase. Please inquire with the venue for off peak season rates available. A preferred Event Coordinator approved by the venue is required.

The average wedding cost at Merryvale Vineyards is estimated at between $16,368 and $22,561 for a reception only for 100 guests.
