Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. There is no fee for a beach ceremony with reception and the fee for an Ocean View Deck ceremony with reception is $500. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $1,500 to $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged. Please inquire with venue coordinator.
