Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Event is private until midnight on Saturdays. Last call is 4:00AM. Please inquire with event coordinator for more information.

Rental Fees

The rental fees range from $1,000 to $3,000 per floor and cover up to 5 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr.There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events which can be found in the event packet. For all ceremonies there is a $2,000 day of facility planner fee.
