Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 4 hours prior to the start of the event time. Events must end by 11:00PM. Events ending after 11:00PM are required to book a minimum of 15 rooms due to noise. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $750 to $2,750 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1,300. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
