Flexible set up time can be arranged, early morning can be purchased. Please inquire with venue coordinator. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum ranging from $8,000 to $20,000 applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $300 to $500 and includes an extra hour of event time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr.
