Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight (Sunday-Thursday) and 2:00AM (Fri-Sat).

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $165 to $4,992 for a ceremony and reception and includes 3 of event time Sunday through Thursday, 8 hours on Saturday, and 4 hours on Friday, excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee ranging from $55-$416/hour. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
