Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 1:30AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,800 to $2,850 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A security deposit of $1,000 is required. An outside catering company is allowed with a $400 reservation fee to use the prep kitchen.
