Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event. Events must end by 1:30AM. Outdoor reception sites are only available May through October.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500.
