Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $250 to $500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception or $750 for a ceremony only wedding and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.
