Set up time can start at noon and can be flexible depending on the rented space. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee is $2,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,500 with reception rental or for a ceremony only wedding. A security deposit is required. An outdoor reception on the Oval Lawn for 300 guests is available only with a full buyout of the venue. A full buyout is a room block of the ranch's all 73 rooms.
