Time Restrictions

Set up time can start three hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 10:00PM for outdoor receptions and midnight for indoor receptions.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $700/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required. The venue includes complimentary valet for a 100 guests or more.
