Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 6:00AM for day time weddings and varies, about 4:00PM for night weddings. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food/package and non-alcoholic beverage minimum or an outside catering fee applied to all events. These minimums or fees range from $6,000++ to $12,000++ depending on the day of the week and time of day. The venue allows 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,500++ to $2,500++. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $7.50++ per guest for each additional hour. A Non-refundable security deposit ranges from $2,000++ to $4,000++ depending on the day of the week and the time of day the reception takes place. Complete Package prices start $59 for Saturday nights. Listed weekend pricing are for evening events. For additional hourly beverage packages, please inquire with venue. An approved outside caterer is allowed with a refundable security deposit of $1,000 and specific liability insurance.
