    Venue notes

    The rental fee for a reception is $5,000 and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The setup fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. There is a cleaning fee of $500 applied to all events. The maximum number of guests is 50. All food and beverage are through third-party organisations and no food and beverage minimums are required.
