Rich with history, The Westin St. Francis, overlooking Union Square, originally opened in 1904. The hotel underwent a massive renovation in 2009, and now intertwines modern design with elegant history. A range of luxurious event space from suites, parlors and a Grand Ballroom with glistening chandeliers are offered. The Colonial Room features enormous Italian murals and intricate, gold ceiling designs. Take the glass elevator with a spectacular view of the city to the 32nd floor of the tower building, to Victor's Palace or Alexandra's with floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the room. The Borgia Room is a unique room with a vaulted ceiling, grand fireplace and oak walls.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fees range between $3,000-$5,000 and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. The ceremony set up fee is $2,000 which includes 1 hour for ceremony. A food and beverage minimum applies.
