Time Restrictions

Set up time can start two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $10,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony only is $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the food and beverage minimums is required. Please inquire with the venue on exact food and beverage minimums.
