Exchange vows on the shores of Lake Estes with the sunset and snow capped peaks in the background, or say "I do" beneath vaulted ceilings in our Grand Ballroom. The Mezzanine is also available for more intimate gatherings. Whether you’re coming for the majestic Rocky Mountains, or lakefront views or resort has it all. Time Restrictions

Set up for decorations may start 4 hours prior to event. Events must end no later than 2:00 AM.

Rental Fees

The room rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 for a ceremony site fee and 1 hour use (choice of 1 outdoor gazebo and 1 indoor area). The room rental fee for a reception ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 with the choice between two indoor venues. The reception includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Each venue has a food/beverage minimum for receptions depending on the date. We discount for Sun-Thurs and off season.
