Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,200 to $4,500 for a reception and includes use of the ballroom, terraces and pre-function space for 5 hours, as well as tables and chairs, and all facility set-up and break-down costs. The set-up fee for a ceremony, with reception, is $300 and affords you an additional 30 mins. of event time. The cost to rent the venue for a wedding ceremony is $750, before 2 p.m.
