Roaring Camp's outdoor facilities include the School House Lawn: a garden lawn setting next to an old fashioned one room school house, Cathedral Grove: a majestic ring of Redwoods atop Bear Mountain, referred to as the fairy circle, and old Outdoor Main Stage: a barbecue area. Take guests on a winding trip up Bear Mountain in Roaring Camp's steam train. This romantic trip on the vintage rails will infuse your special day with fun that guests will be thrilled by. Bret Harte Hall is Roaring Camp's grand hall with a 32 foot high ceiling, adjustable lighting, stage, and a large open layout great for traditional receptions and nights of dancing. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM and 3:00PM for Bret Harte Hall weddings. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,750 to $3,450 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $1,500 to $2,850. Additional set up hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. An outside caterer is allowed for a $5.00 per person fee.There is a guest minimum applied to all events, please inquire with the event coordinator for details.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Roaring Camp Railroads is estimated at between $7,526 and $11,540 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
