YMCA of the Rockies is located near the town of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The facilities nature-inspired venues make it an ideal location for your Rocky mountain wedding. From June through September, the all-inclusive Mountainside Lodge is available. The lodge features a historic cabin that sleeps up to 38 people. Pledge your love for one another in a gorgeous ceremony, with spectacular views of the mountains and valley as a backdrop, in the outdoor chapel. After the ceremony, the celebration continues with dinner and dancing, for up to 120 guests, under the covered pavilion. The YMCA of the Rockies offers additional outdoor and indoor ceremony sites that are available year round. Whether you want an intimate gathering of 30 of your closest loved ones or a grand affair with up to 430 of your guests, the YMCA of the Rockies can accommodate you. The facility’s Estes Park Center also offers several reception sites. The Pine and Walnut Rooms are beautiful, mountain-inspired, rustic spaces. For gala size celebrations the Assembly Hall offers a large, warm setting. The Hall’s large foyer is ideal for a cocktail hour. The professional event coordination staff will impress you with their warm service and attentiveness.

Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 10:30PM.
The rental fee ranges from $500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 4.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a guest minimum of 35 guests applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $200 to $750. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
