    Venue notes

    A food and beverage minimum will be applied to all events in the amount ranging from $15,000 to $30,000 for events with a guest capacity of more than 100. Additional room rental fees may be applicable. The venue allows (5) hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,500 to $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Outside catering vendors are allowed only for ethnic weddings.
