Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $4,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and a required $500 setup and breakdown cost. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $10,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.
