Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $750 to $1,000 for a reception and includes 9 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr, this will only apply if the event is extended till 1 AM. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to hold the dates. A bartending fee of $175 will be applied if $500 in sales is not met. It will be waived off if the package is purchased.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music end time for outdoor as well for indoor is 11:50 PM- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- The Hotel does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, windows or ceiling, nor the use of balloons, bubbles, glitter, or confetti throughout the property- Venue must approve all decorations
