    Venue notes

    There is not a facility fee in addition to the per person cost of our package for your reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The food and beverage minimum is determined by the size of your celebration. The set up fee for a separate ceremony room ranges from $800 to $1,000. An initial deposit of $2500 is required for booking. 2 additional deposits are due 6 and 3 months prior to arrival, amount is based the size of your celebration. Groom's dressing area and Bride's dressing area are available for an additional fee of $200.
