    With the best Chef in Dallas Richardson, you are assured a reception with upscale food and gourmet taste. Our food and beverage minimums range from $15,000++ to $20,000++ for our Texas Ballroom and $6,000++ to $8,000++ for our Wildflower Ballroom. Set-up fees vary by the banquet room utilized.
    We do allow outside catering for ethnic receptions at $48.00++ per person.
