    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $16,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean-up time. A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events ranging from $2,000 to $16,000. The setup fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $5,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. No security deposit is required.
