Set up time can start at 5:00PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $9,500 to $13,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1,500. There is a required fee of $10,500 for private ferry transport to and from venue. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.
