With more than 16,000 square feet of flexible event space many with views of downtown and the Riverwalk – including 11 meeting rooms, the Contessa Ballroom and private outdoor terraces - Hotel Contessa offers renovated meeting space, Complete Meeting Package, team building activities as well as on-site conference planners, audio-visual capabilities and support.

 

Hotel Contessa has a great partnership with the Briscoe Museum's Jack Guenther Pavilion. The alignment provides an additional 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space and the versatile indoor/outdoor space can easily accommodate a 250 classroom-style meeting & reception within a distinguished setting.

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events ranging from $3,500 to $4,500 (The food and beverage pricing mentioned is for 50 people). The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $600/hr.
