Venue notes

Rental fee starts from $500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony starts at $750. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.

Events need to be fully paid prior to event day. Flexible deposit schedules will be provided.

Other fees apply to events such as service charge (24%) and Event Fee (10%).
