The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $1,500 for a ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum fee of $2,500 applied to all events. 8% event fee will be applied for all events.
