Set up time can start one hour prior to event start time or earlier time can be arranged upon availability. Events must end by midnight.
There is a rental fee that ranges from $300 to $500 for a reception and a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. There is a $350 permit fee for a beach ceremony and will require to rent ceremony chairs. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the estimated wedding cost is required.
