The Maxwell is a brand new wedding venue where modern elegance meets classic luxury. As Raleigh's newest venue we are a versatile and minimalist space for couples seeking sophisticated simplicity. We're located only six minutes away from downtown Raleigh's best hotels and amenities.

 

The Maxwell was thoughtfully designed to allow for the best possible flow for a wedding. With multiple spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception the venue perfectly houses all parts of your celebration. The romantic atmosphere is enhanced by copper gas lanterns, a 15' fireplace, herringbone oak wood accent wall, white washed brick, abundant natural light, oversized chandeliers, and soaring 18' ceilings. The venue's old world charm and modern designs create an inviting space with unlimited possibilities for your day.

 

We include key wedding amenities including onsite parking, outdoor string lights, a large lawn and patio, upgraded chairs, tables, bars, ceremony arch, dressing suite and thirteen hours of access to the property. Your investment includes set up and break down of tables + chairs, a venue concierge, and security.

The rental fee ranges from $4,500 to $7,000 for a reception and includes 13 hours of time including set up and clean up. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr.
