Located in the heart of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, the de Young Museum‘s exceptional architecture, natural landscapes, and beautiful venues will ensure an inspirational wedding experience. Have your ceremony outdoors amid the lush landscapes and intrigue of the Barbro Osher Sculpture Garden. Follow with a cocktail hour at the Hamon Observation Tower, which boasts breathtaking panoramas of the city, Pacific Ocean, Marin Headlands, and Golden Gate Park. This magnificent space in the sky can also be used for intimate ceremonies and receptions. For larger receptions, bring your guests to Wilsey Court, the central artery of the museum, and use the neighboring Piazzoni Murals Room overlooking the Music Concourse as a lounge space. If you’re looking for the indoor/outdoor reception experience, the de Young Café features hand-blown glass light fixtures, modern design elements, and glass walls with views of the Music Concourse as well as space on the café terrace.
