Elton Farm is located in historic Brookeville, MD. On the historic registry for Montgomery County, the home called Elton is a picturesque field-stone mansion with ample farmland for your party, this house was lovingly restored by the prestigious Simms family and was once the home of the prominent Gaither family, who founded Gaithersburg, MD. They, along with the Brown, Howard-Holland, and Griffith families are only a few of the important citizens of Montgomery County who have resided here throughout the years. Elton Farm offers many lovely vistas on its 140 acres of farmland, forests, fields and streams for your event. Elton Farm also offers plenty of space for secluded forest events for a fully immersive outdoor experience. Aside from the mansion site, Elton farm also provides a an old oak-wood barn barn and an 18th century carved field-stone smokehouse, perfect spots for romantic photographs! A venue, is essentially the backbone of any event, and with Elton Farms well-preserved, rich history it is ready to bring to life the occasion of your dreams!

Venue notes

The rental fee is $2,000 for events, and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be pre-arranged for a fee of $300/hr. An upfront deposit of $1,000 is required for booking events. In return Elton Farm will provide you countless beautiful memories!
