The venue rental fee ranges from $4235 for a small wedding for less than 50 guests, up to $7300 for exclusive access to our entire property in 2025 for a wedding ceremony and reception. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All Decorations must be removed by 11 pm- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Exclusive caterer for venue- Food & beverage minimum- Helium Balloons are prohibited- Music must end by 10:00PM- No glitter or confetti inside any buildings- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Open flame/real candles are prohibited- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
