Hotel Zessa offers flexible event options to suit weddings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Our signature Valencia Ballroom is a versatile space with multiple configurations, allowing you to tailor your event based on your guest count and vision. Valencia Ballroom Rental Options: Full Ballroom (up to 400 guests) – Saturday Night Food & Beverage Minimum: $15,000 Partial Ballroom (up to 200 guests) – Food & Beverage Minimum: $10,000 Partial Ballroom (up to 100 guests) – Food & Beverage Minimum: $5,000 All rentals include 6 hours of event time, with additional time allotted for setup and cleanup. Events may be extended for an additional fee, based on availability. Food and beverage minimums are met through customized in-house catering and bar packages. Our culinary team will work with you to create a personalized menu that reflects your style and tastes. Additional Information: A signed contract and upfront deposit are required to secure your event date. All food and beverage must be provided by Hotel Zessa. A 22% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage costs. Our dedicated team will guide you through every step to ensure a seamless and memorable wedding experience.
