Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 2:00PM for evening weddings. Earlier time can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $300 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $100 with reception rental or $300 for a ceremony only wedding. Ceremony capacity featured on Wedding Spot is for 40 guests seated and can accommodate for 100 guests standing room. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $200 is required. An off-duty police officer is to be hired for evening security at all weddings. Plated meals are available for guest counts for up to 30 guests.
