Signature Manor is one of the most grand wedding venues in Houston. Upon entering the building, you’re met with the sight of an exquisite entrance foyer with sky-high ceilings and marble floors, flanked by dual wrought-iron staircases. Signature Manor offers five palatial ballrooms that can appeal to any bride’s sense of taste and style. Each ballroom customizes your experience by offering adjustable ambient lighting, a band stage, and impressive imported crystal chandeliers. Some ballrooms even offer beautiful outdoor balconies overlooking the Manor grounds. If an outdoor function is more your style, then host your big day out on the picturesque lawn. In addition, you can take advantage of Signature Manor’s sprawling 4-acre estate for taking memorable photographs with your wedding party.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $10,200 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750-$900/hr. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
