Today, these exquisite mansions and expansive grounds are available for your extraordinary day. Step into the legendary Gatsby era, experience the rich cultural history of this beautifully preserved site – and create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. On the Preserve’s 216 acres are a Celtic castle, a roaring ‘20s mansion, beautiful gardens, and the Great Lawn – making a truly unique wedding celebration possible as your options for theme, setting, and ambiance are boundless. The Hempstead House features a Rose Garden and terrace with panoramic views of the Long Island Sound and beachfront—both are beautiful locations for open-air or tented ceremonies and receptions and offer the perfect backdrop for your formal wedding portraits. The Preserve offers venues for weddings of every style and size – from intimate gatherings to grand affairs.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $8,500 to $12,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $10 per person per hour and $250 per hour after midnight. Please inquire directly with venue for a more customized quote to fit your wishes!
