Yachts For All Seasons: Calypso Overview
If you’re looking for an alternative to traditional mainland venues, then consider the Calypso yacht for your intimate wedding celebration. Hold a small and intimate ceremony on the bow and exchange vows surrounded by close loved ones, water, and the Manhattan skyline. On the main deck your guests can enjoy cocktails and conversation in the designated cocktail salon. After cocktail hour the festivities continue with a formal dinner in the main dining area, which is adjacent to the cocktail salon. Both areas are tastefully decorated in a Hemingway motif, evoking the adventures of the legendary author Ernest Hemingway. The décor features bold and exotic design elements including varnished Mahogany teak, animal print and French doors. You and your guests will enjoy exceptional food and cocktails as well as graceful service aboard the Calypso.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $3,800 for a ceremony and reception of 20 guests minimum and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. An additional fee of $140 per person is required after 20 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $650/hr. Alternative docking locations can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. Suggested gratuity is $8 to $10 per guest.Amenities And Requirements
