Olive & June Overview

Olive & June is a convivial restaurant celebrating Southern Italian cooking. Owned by Shawn Cirkiel of the renowned Parkside gastropub; the restaurant is formal but friendly with great hospitality. Pasta is handmade on site every day, and sustainable cooking, plus local and seasonal ingredients, are center stage. It’s the perfect place to host a rehearsal dinner, with the family-style menu for large groups. Share heaping platters of bucatini with pomodoro and calabrese chili; risotto with pistachio pesto, grilled peach, and parm; cheese boards; tuna tartare; and mafaldini (seared octopus, njuja, basil). It’s a feast for the eyes and a delight for the tastebuds. Top off the meal with dessert and wine. Ricotta crostatas (with roasted grapes, pumpkin, hazelnut, and ricotta sorbetto) and apple bombolinis (almond, brown butter crumble with apple thyme sorbetto) are just a couple of the offerings.
